At Madoido Africa, your happiness and satisfaction is our number one priority. Please review product details, sizing, and measurements carefully before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are non-refundable. Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Incorrect items or sizes must be reported within 1 business day.

Please include your order number and clear photos when contacting us. If the issue is our error, Madoido Africa will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Due to hygiene standards, certain items (such as pierced earrings) may be final sale.

Final Sale

Sale, clearance, custom-made, and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins. If you placed an order by mistake, contact us within 1 hour. We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Return

Contact Madoido Africa Customer Service with your order number and reason for the return before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
