Thank you for shopping at Madoido Africa. We carefully prepare every order and aim to get your purchase to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

U.S. orders: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.

International orders: Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days after processing. Customs clearance and local carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to make changes before shipment, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Madoido Africa is not responsible for customs delays or fees. Orders returned due to unpaid customs charges may be subject to shipping or return costs.

Lost, Delayed or Delivered Packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your delivery area, household, neighbors, or building management and contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
